Home Exterior
The outside of this beautiful home had not been touched in more than 30 years, leaving the property looking dull and faded from the exterior. Using environmentally friendly cleaning solutions, we refreshed the cedar wood finish on the home, removing dirt, algae and buildup, and used a new stain to bring out the true natural beauty of the wood. We updated the railings to a cable rail system that incorporates powder coated posts and stainless steel cables, which ensures that the railing components will still look good over time. Our exterior home renovation gave the property a clean, modern look that is more in keeping with the homeowners current preferences and uses a mix of finishes to create visual interest.
Home Office & Laundry Room
We took out a wall to make space for the home office and new laundry room, making the space more functional for the homeowner. To increase the comfort and style of the living space, we re-stained the existing oak floors with a custom color to suit the owner’s preference and changed out the HVAC systems. Using new high efficiency heat pump units, we modernized the setup to minimize heating costs and make the whole home more environmentally friendly

Master Bedroom & Bathroom Renovation
Our team custom fitted the high-end finishes to make this bathroom come together, with beautiful results. Heated stone floors, a wall hung floating vanity and built in shower bench are unique features that make the space more useful for the homeowner.
